i like them both but i think i like this one better! :)
ReplyDeleteI really like it! Very calm and soothing. :) The only thing I'd suggest would be a picture of you somewhere... maybe on the about page?
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah!
ReplyDeleteWow- I like your new design, but when I clicked on my link to your blog, I was like, 'wait a minute who is this????' lol! Then I figured out it was you. :)
I have 2 things to share with you from your posts. First, have you seen the Resurrection Day Dance? It is very cool - at least the one from 2010 is, I haven't seen this year's one yet.
Secondly, on your thoughts shared on Good Friday- I have been listening to Nancy Leigh DeMoss on her website. She has been doing a series called The Incomparable Christ' as a 40 day thing before celebrating Jesus' Resurrection this year. They are really good! Each podcast or mp3 is only about 20 minutes long. When I started listening she was doing each talk on one of Jesus' statements on the cross. Like, a whole talk on when Jesus said 'I thirst'- (that was the first one I listened to)
I also listened to some of her older broadcasts- she did an interview with Joni Erikson Tada where they discussed another verse you mentioned earlier - 2 Corinthians 12:9
They are nice to listen to when you are trying to get something else done.. like clean the kitchen. :)
I hope you are having an awesome blessed day!! :)
Thanks for letting me know about those, Aunt Susie! They sound REALLY good! :)
ReplyDeleteCarrie: I am actually planning to put a picture of me on the About page eventually. :) Thanks for suggesting!
Oh, Aunt Susie: I don't think I have seen The Resurrection Day Dance! What is it, exactly? :) Who does it?
ReplyDeleteI like it! It's a lot more sophisticated than your first one, which I like.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I sort of hesitate about is the seemingly rather limited color palette. (usually I like to see blues or pinks with greens :) But if you like it, keep it!
Hey Sarah! I like it, as Carrie said, "It's calm and soothing." but I miss the cute picture of you!!
